Embroidery
We only use the very best in embroidery technology all completed by our expert in house team. We operate several multi-head industrial embroidery machines from 1 head through to 8 head machines. Meaning we have the machinery to complete your embroidery workwear orders no matter how small or big. Each embroidery order is digitised in house by our designers and samples are ran before your order is sent into production.
Screen Printing
When your orders need to be printed on large runs then we need the machines and processes in place to handle them. We have a mix of manual and automatic screen printing technology within our business. Our dedicated screen print team are experience and take real pride in ensuring the quality matches the ethos of the business.
Vinyl
For smaller runs that require print then we have a range of CAD cut vinyl options that can be heat pressed onto your garments. With bright vibrate colours and a range of speciality vinyls such as flock, hi vis and more we have a wide range of solutions available to meet your needs.
Full Colour Transfer
For those of you who need full colour options such as gradients, full colour photos or designs with complicated artwork and a wide range of colours then our full colour vinyl machine is the process for you. Using an 8 colour ink set we can create a wide range of bright colours that will make your designs stand out.
Additional Services We Offer
Employee Packing
We have the ability to pre-pack the teams workwear into individual staff members packets. This can save hours in organising and handing out the teams workwear. Customers with larger teams find this very useful.
Relabelling
We can design, supply and sew your personalised labels into your garments, all done by our in-house seamstresses. Alternatively we can add your labels for you.
Tax Tabbing
We can add a small personalised tag to your workwear, normally on plain items with no personalisation such as logos. This helps avoid the wearers tax code being affected because HMRX see it as a "benefit in kind".
Garment Sourcing
We offer a huge range of garments on our website however sometimes we may not have that right product online. We can search through our huge network of suppliers and get your team kitted out.
Measuring Service
For customers with a larger team we offer a range of services to ensure your team are kitted out with workwear that fits them. We offer services such as sample sets, onsite measuring and so much more..
Design
We have a team of in-house designers including fashion, graphics and websites. All artwork is completed in house and to the high standards you'd expect from the team at Thread A Pixel.
