What are my delivery options?
Delivery is free on all order over £249.00 (ex. VAT) and offered on our Economy Delivery Service (estimated 10-14 working days). Other speedy options are available as quick as 7-9 working days. All of these are selectable during checkout.
How long will my order take?
This will depend on the delivery service you select during checkout. We’re able to deliver items as quickly as 4 working days. Please note however, the count down won’t start until the proof has been approved by you. If you need your item quicker then please call us on 0333 011 2828 and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Do you provide samples?
Sure. We appreciate it can be difficult ensuring a garment is the exact size and colour you require. Samples of all our products are available. Samples are charged in full but can be used in your future orders. Any items, which are returned and not used, will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment via PayPal.
Can I set up a credit account?
We do offer credit accounts for certain organisations. Please call us on 0333 011 2898 to find out more.
Will I receive a proof prior to my order being customised?
Yes. All of our items which are to be personalised will be accompanied with a digital proof prior to production. You will receive an email detailing the item specifics typically 48 hours after we have received all the artwork requirements from yourself.
What if I am not happy with the proof?
Not to worry. We will not start working on your items until you approve the proof. We will make as many changes to the proof as you need. Please note however once a proof has been approved we cannot make any changes.

How do I customise my garment?
Once you have added your items to the cart, proceed to click on the basket. You will notice next to each item you have added to the cart is a ‘Customise’ button. Here you can customise each product. If you would like the same product being customised in different ways then add to the cart what you need for that design. If you’re unsure then speak to on our team at 0333 011 2898.
How do I send you my artwork/ logo?
Once you have added your items to the cart, click on the basket and click the ‘Customise’ button next to each item. Here you can add the customised options for that garment and upload your artwork. Alternatively you can email us your artwork after your order is placed.
What formats do you accept for my artwork?
You can upload a jpg, jpeg, bmp, png or pdf via our website. For any other file formats please email them to us once your order has been placed. We recommend you send us vector files to ensure the best quality. Please note an additional design charge of £25.00 may apply if the logo needs to be re-drawn however we will let you know prior to starting work.
Are the setup charges “one-time” fees?
Yes. Once you have paid the setup charge for your customisations, you will not be charged it again on any subsequent orders using the same design.
What fonts are available?
We have a selection of fonts to choose from. When customising your item on the checkout page you can select one of our many fonts there. If you don’t see a font you like, please call us on 0333 011 2898 and we’ll be happy to help.
What are application/ placement charges?
An application charge is a charge for us to add your artwork to each garment. If you select two placements on a garment then you will be charged two-placement fees.
Are there any additional fees?
Some items may be subject to additional fees after your order has been placed such as the use of specialised vinyl like glitter or high stitch count artwork. We will however notify you of any additional charges on the proof, which will need to be paid before work can commence. A high stitch count is anything more than 22,000 stitches. There may also be additional charges if a logo has multiple colours. This will apply for all print with more than 3 colours and embroidery with more than 5 colours.
