Will I get a proof before my items are personalised?

Absolutely. Once payment has been received we will send you a digital proof for you to approve 24-48 hours after payment. We won't start your job until you've approved your proof, and you're 100% happy.

Is embroidery or print best for my order?

Which formats do you accept artwork in?

We can work with most file types. For print however we do need a vector file such as .eps, .ai, .pdf etc. If you're unsure then contact our team who'll be happy to assist you.

How quickly can I receive my order?

We say to allow 10-15 working days for standard delivery. If you need your items sooner then contact the team prior to placing your order, and they will be able to give you a more accurate time frame based on season and order.
