1. What are my delivery options?
    Delivery is free on all order over £249.99 (ex. VAT) and offered on our Economy Delivery Service (estimated 10-14 working days). Other speedy options are available as quick as 4-5 working days. All of these are selectable during checkout.
    2. How long will my order take?
    This will depend on the delivery service you select during checkout. We’re able to deliver items as quickly as 4 working days. Please note however, the count down won’t start until the proof has been approved by you. If you need your item quicker then please call us on 0333 011 2828 and we’ll be happy to assist you.
    3. Will I receive a proof prior to my order being customised?
    Yes. All of our items which are to be personalised will be accompanied with a digital proof prior to production. You will receive an email detailing the item specifics typically 48 hours after we have received all the artwork requirements from yourself.
    4. I can’t find what I need, can you help?

    5. How do I customise my garment?
    Once you have added your items to the cart, proceed to click on the basket. You will notice next to each item you have added to the cart is a ‘Customise’ button. Here you can customise each product. If you would like the same product being customised in different ways then add to the cart what you need for that design. If you’re unsure then speak to on our team at 0333 011 2898.
