Washing Instructions
Close all zips and fasteners, wash inside out with similar colours, do not use softener, heat treatment recommended for optimum function.

1. What are my delivery options?
Delivery is free on all order over £249.99 (ex. VAT) and offered on our Economy Delivery Service (estimated 10-14 working days). Other speedy options are available as quick as 4-5 working days. All of these are selectable during checkout.
2. How long will my order take?
This will depend on the delivery service you select during checkout. We’re able to deliver items as quickly as 4 working days. Please note however, the count down won’t start until the proof has been approved by you. If you need your item quicker then please call us on 0333 011 2828 and we’ll be happy to assist you.
3. Will I receive a proof prior to my order being customised?
Yes. All of our items which are to be personalised will be accompanied with a digital proof prior to production. You will receive an email detailing the item specifics typically 48 hours after we have received all the artwork requirements from yourself.

5. How do I customise my garment?
Once you have added your items to the cart, proceed to click on the basket. You will notice next to each item you have added to the cart is a ‘Customise’ button. Here you can customise each product. If you would like the same product being customised in different ways then add to the cart what you need for that design. If you’re unsure then speak to on our team at 0333 011 2898.

If light and warm is what youíre after, the packable down jacket (OL) is for you. It has a very small packed size and weighs next to nothing, so is ideal for travel use. The jacket has a high-performance RDS-certified duck down fill. A windproof STORMLOCK shell provides double protection, shutting out the wind and shrugging off light showers. The jacket is also very breathable, making it ideal for energetic outdoor sports. Itís technical, functional, minimalist, light and, above all, packable. The signature look is all about clean silhouettes, contemporary designs and a fusion of outdoor and urban style.
