Washing Instructions

Cool wash with Craghoppers AquaDry waterproof cleaner or pure soap. Wash with similar colours. Do not use bleach or water softeners. Do not use fabric conditioners. Rinse well. Remove immediately after wash. Can be tumble dried on a low setting. Cool iron, if needed, on the outer side of the fabric. Do not dry clean. Do no wring. Close all fasteners before washing and drying. Use Craghoppers AquaDry reproofer if needed. Apply heat as per care instructions if DWR needs regenerating. Fabric may be damaged by solvents, alcohols and insecticides.

    Delivery is free on all order over £249.99 (ex. VAT) and offered on our Economy Delivery Service (estimated 10-14 working days). Other speedy options are available as quick as 4-5 working days. All of these are selectable during checkout.
    2. How long will my order take?
    This will depend on the delivery service you select during checkout. We’re able to deliver items as quickly as 4 working days. Please note however, the count down won’t start until the proof has been approved by you. If you need your item quicker then please call us on 0333 011 2828 and we’ll be happy to assist you.
    3. Will I receive a proof prior to my order being customised?
    Yes. All of our items which are to be personalised will be accompanied with a digital proof prior to production. You will receive an email detailing the item specifics typically 48 hours after we have received all the artwork requirements from yourself.
    4. I can’t find what I need, can you help?

    5. How do I customise my garment?
    Once you have added your items to the cart, proceed to click on the basket. You will notice next to each item you have added to the cart is a ‘Customise’ button. Here you can customise each product. If you would like the same product being customised in different ways then add to the cart what you need for that design. Unisex thermic jacket that will give you the confidence to brave the wind, rain and snow on the outdoor trail. The AquaDry membrane waterproof construction is paired with a layer of insulating hollowfibre fill, hood and a snug lux lining for extra warmth where you need it. A total of 4 pockets, including handwarmer ëhot pocketsí which provide ample on-board storage.
