This towel is made from a mix of Bamboo and cotton, which has a number of advantages. It is less harmful to the environment because it absorbs CO2 during growth and releases oxygen. Bamboo is one of the fastest growing crops out there, and it is naturally insect and mold resistant. Therefore, no insecticides are needed. Bamboo is hypo-allergenic and therefore ideal for people with sensitive skin. The towel is also antibacterial and feels super soft . BSCI certified. Fairtrade certified. Oeko-Tex certified. SEDEX certified.

1. What are my delivery options?
Delivery is free on all order over £249.99 (ex. VAT) and offered on our Economy Delivery Service (estimated 10-14 working days). Other speedy options are available as quick as 4-5 working days. All of these are selectable during checkout.
2. How long will my order take?
This will depend on the delivery service you select during checkout. We’re able to deliver items as quickly as 4 working days. Please note however, the count down won’t start until the proof has been approved by you. If you need your item quicker then please call us on 0333 011 2828 and we’ll be happy to assist you.
3. Will I receive a proof prior to my order being customised?
Yes. All of our items which are to be personalised will be accompanied with a digital proof prior to production. You will receive an email detailing the item specifics typically 48 hours after we have received all the artwork requirements from yourself.
4. I can’t find what I need, can you help?

5. How do I customise my garment?
Once you have added your items to the cart, proceed to click on the basket. You will notice next to each item you have added to the cart is a ‘Customise’ button. Here you can customise each product. If you would like the same product being customised in different ways then add to the cart what you need for that design. If you’re unsure then speak to on our team at 0333 011 2898.

Due to the special structure of this collection, the fabric can absorb up to 60% more moisture than normal cotton. Other pleasant properties are the enormous softness, the antibacterial effect and the flexibility of the fabric. In addition, it feels warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
